Cancellation and Alteration:

• Cancellation/Alteration Request: We can accommodate cancellation or alteration requests within 24 hours of placing the order. Please send an email to support@falgunishankar.com with your request.

Exchange Policy:

Exchanges will be processed in the following cases:

• Sizing Issues: If you experience genuine sizing issues with the order, we will exchange the unused garments for the correct size. Please refer to our detailed size chart on each product page to make an appropriate size purchase.
• Quality Issues: If there are genuine quality issues such as bad workmanship or defective materials, we will process an exchange.
• Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item or an item that does not match your order, we will exchange it for the correct product.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be processed in the following case:

• Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, we will issue a refund.

Please note:

• We do not provide refunds for any goods sold. Goods once sold can only be exchanged for a size replacement or store credit if they meet our terms and conditions.
• Goods sold during sales are not exchangeable.

Exchange Instructions:

Our shipments are carefully inspected before being shipped to you. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow these instructions:

• Initiate Exchange: Contact us within 24 hours of product delivery by writing to support@falgunishankar.com.
• Condition of Items: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
• Packaging: Goods must be returned in their original packaging with original invoices and tags, if any. The package should reach us within 10 days from the date of delivery.
• Faulty Goods: Goods are considered faulty if they are received damaged. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.
• Custom Orders: All custom-made orders are non-returnable.
• Tracking Details: Sharing tracking details of the product sent for exchange is mandatory. Unidentified exchanges may be returned to the sender.
