Falguni Shankar
Falguni Shankar discovered her passion for art and fashion at a young age. As a child, she was always immersed in learning art, spending her time crafting and creating. This early enthusiasm naturally evolved, leading her to pursue design, which ultimately brought her to the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) in Hyderabad.
During her years at NIFT, Falguni worked hands-on with digital printing and tie-dye. These two techniques captivated her and became the cornerstone of her design aesthetic. Through these methods, she found a way to blend her innate artistic sensibilities and love for crafts with fashion.
Growing up in a creative environment, Falguni naturally combined her love for fashion and art. She believes that these two realms coexist, which reflects in her designs.
Every print in Falguni's collection is meticulously hand crafted or digitally illustrated using various tools, making each piece a unique work of art.
Her dedication to detail and craftsmanship offers wearers not just clothing, but a glimpse into her artistic journey.
